We are offering in-store appointments that accommodate 1 customer at a time. In some cases, we can accommodate one additional person to accompany you. Please inquire before your visit.
Generally, we're setting up either 30-minute or 60-minute appointments. If there's no one scheduled after you, you may be able to extend your time.
We also ask that you postpone your visit to the store if you have experienced symptoms of fever, fatigue, difficulty in breathing or dry cough, or any other symptoms relating to COVID-19 in the last 14 days.
We ask that you wear a face mask while you are in the store.
Our staff are observing state and CDC guidelines for social distancing, hygiene protocols and cleaning and disinfecting protocols, and for remaining at home if they exhibit any possible symptoms or suspect any exposure to COVID-19.
Our instruments are made of materials that could be harmed by various cleaning products, so please be advised that we do not sanitize any instruments after people try them out. Instead, we will provide hand sanitizer for your use before and after trying an instrument. Please allow time for the hand sanitizer to dry fully before playing an instrument. If you wish to wear gloves, you may do so, but we are unable to provide them for you; please bring your own if you wish to wear them.
