Shipping Information

To get an idea of shipping and handling charges for your order, add the items you would like to purchase to the shopping cart, enter your zip code, and click the calculate button. Be sure to look at the drop-down menu to see all of the options available.
For international orders, you will need to enter your country and postal code, if any.

Shipping times will vary depending on shipping service selected and where the package is being sent. Alternate shipping methods are available upon request.

Insurance against loss or damage is included for orders that subtotal over $100, unless otherwise requested.

Shipping and handling paid is non-refundable for returned items.
The customer is also responsible for return shipping, including insurance when appropriate.
Shipping and handling rates for international orders do not include any tax and/or duty that might be charged once a package arrives. The customer is responsible for these charges.

The Button Box is not responsible for items lost in transit. A lost package is rare, but it does happen occasionally. We will do what we can to help trace the package, but we are not responsible for replacing lost items unless we have made an error.
