Shipping Information

To see shipping and handling charges for your order, add the items you would like to purchase to the shopping cart, enter your country and zip/postal code, and click the calculate button. Be sure to look at the drop-down menu to see all of the available shipping methods. For non-US orders, be sure to choose a shipping method labeled Int'l (for international).

Shipping times will depend on your choice of courier and shipping destination. Additional shipping methods may be available upon request.

Insurance against loss or damage is included for merchandise over $100, unless otherwise requested.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is also responsible for any return shipping, including insurance when appropriate. Shipping and handling charges for international orders do not include any import tax or duty that may be charged by customs in the destination country. The customer is responsible for these charges.

The Button Box is not responsible for items lost in transit. Packages are rarely lost, but it does happen occasionally. We will do whatever we can to help locate the package, but we are not responsible for replacing lost items unless we have made an error.
