Rentals: We have a limited number of instruments available for rentals. Please contact us regarding rates and availability.
Consignments: We do take on other folk's instruments for consignment sale
for a percentage-of-sale fee. As it is our policy that we sell (and warrant)
instruments to be in as good a condition as practical, we may need to do repairs
as necessary to consignment instruments in order to meet our quality standards. Any
repair work will be undertaken only upon the consent of the instrument's owner. The
cost of these repairs will be deducted from the sales price of the instrument.
Purchases: We also buy and trade instruments. We can accurately give you a
value for most instruments upon a verbal or written description. We are happy to
consider trade-ins, particularly concertinas and button accordions, towards the purchase
of new or used instruments, though we do not generally accept trade-ins towards purchasing
consignment instruments.
Appraisals: We do insurance appraisals for all types of free-reed instruments.
