We are The Button Box, a small company of skilled, talented, and knowledgeable people who enjoy making, repairing, and dealing with squeezeboxes and the people who play them!

We are located in Sunderland, a small town in the Pioneer Valley region of western Massachusetts, about a 2-hour drive west of Boston MA, an hour north of Hartford CT, and 3 1/2 hours north of New York city. The nearest major airports to us are Hartford's Bradley Airport (BDL) and Boston's Logan Airport (BOS). See below for map and driving directions.

Our regular store hours are Monday - Friday 9-5 and on Saturdays, 12-5. There are occasional exceptions, so please call ahead before making a special trip. For the month of August, we are closed on Saturdays. We will be closed on Monday, May 27th in observance of Memorial Day.

Sunderland is located just across the Connecticut River from I-91. To reach Sunderland, take Route I-91 to Exit 24 (from either the North or the South).

From the South: Turn right onto Route 5 & 10, and then immediately turn right onto Route 116 South (Sunderland/Amherst).

From the North: Turn left onto Route 5 & 10. You will cross the bridge back over Route 91, and then immediately turn right onto Route 116.

Stay on Route 116 across the Connecticut River and into the town of Sunderland, through one traffic light. The Button Box is on the left about two blocks from the light. It is a two-story building with a brick facade on the lower level. Total distance on Route 116: 1.9 miles.
